Trainee - Technical Support
Philippines / OJT (240 hours minimum)
Summary
As a Trainee in the Technical Support team, you will gain practical experience in providing technical assistance to our clients. This role is designed for college students who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced support professionals, learning the ropes of technical problem-solving, communication, and client engagement.

Responsibilities
Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients via various channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
Collaborate with senior support staff to understand and troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems.
Assist clients in navigating our products, providing clear instructions and guidance in a user-friendly manner.
Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
Contribute to the development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Develop effective communication skills to deliver technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical technical issues.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.
Loves solving problem and an analytical person.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (Filipino and/or English).
Strictly follows the Standard Operating Procedures.
A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts is a plus.
PHP 1,500.00/monthly allowance.
Work from Home setup. (You need to have your own computer and good internet connection.)
Practical experience in technical support within a professional setting.
